All our new and used vans can be expertly converted to carry your products in a chilled, frozen, ambient & temperate conversions utilising 25mm, 50mm, 75mm or 100mm insulation can be used to provide a strong, durable, lightweight & thermally efficient lining.

 
 
STRONG, DURABLE & ROBUST
The innermost skin is made of hard wearing GRP sheet of
uniform thickness, reinforced with incredibly strong woven
roving and protected with an impervious gel coat.
HIGH PAYLOAD CAPABILITY
To avoid the danger of rot or moisture absorption within the
conversion we have eliminated the use of traditional timber
frames whilst selecting alternative materials to provide
rigidity and offering a better payload opportunity.
MANUFACTURED IN HOUSE
We manufacture our own multi-element panels using
strong, light and waterproof materials pressed together
under vacuum.
RANGE OF REFRIGERATION UNITS
We offer a range of refrigeration units which include Carrier,
Hubbard, GAH, Thermo-King as well as Diavia who
offer equipment which allows the condenser unit to be
located under the bonnet of the vehicle. A choice of engine
driven and electrically powered units are available, most with
an option of single or three phase electric standby for when
static (for example overnight or whilst at catering events.)
FAST TURNAROUND TIME
Most conversions can be built within 1 week which
allows us to offer exceptionally good lead-times. We
appreciate you need your vehicles quickly but to a very high
standard.
36 MONTH WARRANTY
A 36 month warranty against defective materials and
processes within the lining reflects the confidence
we have in our products.
